A Close Board Fence is made to measure. It is the best when a solid fence in wanted, e.g. for privacy or security.. With this we arrive on site with the timber and build the fence to fit. The pictures show the front and rear view of this style.
John W Morgan supply the standard panel fencing in the common lap larch style. We also supply close board and ornate panels and trellis.
Picket fencing illustrated is built on a sturdy frame of 100x100mm posts with 47x70 rails.As well as pointed I also provide flat or curved top slats.
The advantage of picket fences is that it is a strong fence which whilst providing a dog proof boundary warms up the garden behind as wind turbulence is being filtered through as well as flowing over as it does with all solid structures. This means that this type of fence will cope with sites subject to regular strong winds. Where privacy is vital the double sided, hit and miss variant is used.
Concrete posts slotted for panels can also be supplied.
